Borovets is 80 kilometres (about 1 hours travel) from the capital city Sofia, bustling with fashionable shops and historic monuments.

The Eagle Rock Apartments are situated on a wonderful site in the centre of the Chamonix style village of Beli Iskar, over the mountain from Borovets. Beli Iskar is an attractive village, with a lovely river running through it.

For downhill skiers and snow boarders, the resort currently offers 18 well kept and lift-equipped ski runs, a total of 40 kilometres in length, descending from a height of 2,560m with a maximum vertical drop of 1,420m. Winter sports - Skiing, Snow boarding, cross country, snowmobiling, night skiing and ice skating are all available.

In the spring, summer and autumn, you can enjoy walking tours, climbing, tennis, hiking, horse riding, fishing, bird watching, golf and water sports at the nearby Lake Iskar.
